1. Penerimaan Syarat

3. Pemesanan dan Pembayaran

  • Kami berhak menolak pesanan apa pun yang Anda buat dengan kami.

  • Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or phone screen's display of any color will be accurate.
  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
  • Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout (e.g., QRIS, Bank Transfer, or Cash for on-site orders).

4. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our goods (food and beverages):

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns for food or beverage products once purchased, unless the product is proven to be defective or unfit for consumption upon receipt.
  • Complaints: If there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item or severe spillage during delivery), please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email within 1 hour of receiving the order.
